One-time credit packs work on Free or any plan and last 12 months. They’re used after your plan credits run out, and pages made with them have no watermark and get priority generation. Commercial use needs Plus or Pro.

1 credit makes 1 AI coloring page, from a prompt, a photo, a name, a birthday or a graffiti word. A story book uses 1 credit per chapter, and both covers (full-color and line art) are included. A page that fails to make doesn’t use one.
Every plan includes every tool, pages with no watermark and priority generation. Plus and Pro add commercial use, priority support and credit rollover. Bigger plans also cost less per page.
On Plus and Pro, yes. Credits you don’t use in a month stay for 1 more month on Plus and 2 more months on Pro, and they’re used before your new credits. On Basic, unused credits don’t carry over. Rolled-over credits end when your plan ends. Credit packs last 12 months and are used after your plan credits run out.
Yes, on Plus and Pro, including Amazon KDP, Etsy and print. Pages made on Free or Basic, or with credit packs alone, are for personal and classroom use.
When a lot of pages are waiting, coloring pages made with credits start before free ones. This works on every plan and with credit packs. Story book pages have their own queue.
Email us from Account → Plan and billing, and the subject line shows your plan. We answer Plus and Pro emails first. Everyone else can still email us, and a real person replies.
No. Cancel in Account → Plan and billing and you won’t be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Yes. If you haven’t used any of the credits, you get a full refund within 7 days of purchase. This applies to plans and credit packs.
