Who this covers

Coloring Parade is made for parents, caregivers and teachers. Children can color our pages, but accounts are for adults aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

What we collect

• Your email address, so we can send you a login link and receipts, and tell you if we don’t publish a gallery post or take one down.
• Your Google or Apple account ID, if you log in with Google or Apple, so we know it’s you next time. They share only this ID and your email address with us. If you choose Hide My Email, Apple gives us a private address that forwards to you. We never get your password, name or contacts.
• Your nickname and avatar. When you sign up, we give you a random nickname, like Mint Otter, and a cartoon avatar. You can change your nickname, or pick another random avatar, in your account. Your nickname shows on your gallery comments.
• Your purchases. When you buy a plan or credits, Waffo takes the payment as the seller of record. We get your order number, what you bought and when. We never see or store your card number.
• What you make: the prompts, names and words you type, the story ideas and outlines for story books, and the pages you create, so you can find them in My pages and My books. A story outline you don’t draw is deleted after 7 days.
• What you share in the gallery: the photo of the finished page, the first name and age range you enter, your caption and comments.
• Basic usage data, like pages visited and device type, to fix bugs and improve the site. We don’t track you across other websites.
• Your IP address when you make a page or ask for a login link, so we can keep free pages fair and stop abuse. We delete it after 30 days, or after 24 hours for login links.
• Your country when you sign up and each time you log in, and the time of your last login. Cloudflare, which runs our network, works it out from your IP address. We keep only the country, not the IP address, to help us spot misuse of accounts. It is deleted with your account.

Photos you upload

When you use Photo to Coloring Page, your photo is used only to trace the outlines for your page. It is never shown in the public library, never used to train AI models, and deleted from our servers within 24 hours. The finished line art stays in My pages until you delete it.

Sharing to the gallery

Sharing a colored page to the community gallery is optional. A person on our team checks every post before anyone else can see it. If we don’t approve a post, or take one down later, we delete it, photo included, and email you the reason. Public posts show the photo, the first name and age range you enter, and your caption, never your email. Comments show your nickname. We remove location and camera details from every photo. Please share only the finished page, not faces. You can delete your posts at any time, and they go offline as soon as you ask to delete your account.

How we use it

We use your information to make your pages, run your account and plan, send login links and receipts, and keep the service safe. Names and words typed for name, birthday and graffiti pages are used only to make those pages.

Who we share with

We work with a small number of service providers for hosting, email, payments and AI generation. AI pages are drawn by GPT Image 2.5 (Flare and Sunburst) by OpenAI and Grok Imagine Image 2.0 by xAI, so your prompt, photo, name or word is sent to OpenAI or xAI to make your page. Story book outlines are written by GPT-6 Luna by OpenAI and Grok 4.20 by xAI, so your story idea is sent to OpenAI or xAI to write it. Before we draw a page from a prompt, a name or a word, write or draw a story book, or save a nickname you typed, the text is also checked by the content-safety service of Waffo, our payment partner, which doesn’t store it. Payments go through Waffo, which sells our plans and credits as the merchant of record and gets your email and billing details at checkout. Service providers may only use your information to provide their service to us. We don’t sell or rent personal information to anyone. We may share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a few essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember settings like your paper size. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Your choices

• See, download or delete your pages from My pages, and your story books from My books.
• Delete your account in Settings. Your plan stops renewing right away, and the account is paused for 7 days in case you change your mind. Then we delete your pages, gallery posts, credits and personal details. We keep only a one-way code made from your email address and the number of free pages you used, so free pages can’t be reset by signing up again. Waffo keeps the receipts it must keep for tax records. Copies in our encrypted backups are gone within 30 days after that.
